Costs

Non-refundable contribution (donation) / paid to Government:

€100,000: single applicant

€115,000: main applicant + one family member

€130,000: main applicant + two family members

€145,000: main applicant + three family members

€155,000: family of five or more

 

Application Processing Fees / paid to Government:

€5,000: single applicant

€2,500: spouse of main applicant

€1,000: each child under 16

€2,500: each dependent child aged 16-29

€5,000: each dependent parent aged 55+

 

Due Diligence Fees / paid to Government:

€6,000: single applicant

€5,000: each family member aged 16+

 

Final Fees / paid to Government:

€25,000: program advisor fee

€10,000: accredited agent fee

€300: biometric passport fee

 

The non-refundable contribution (donation) and the final fees are paid after processing of the application and satisfactory due diligence.

 

The above amounts DO NOT INCLUDE:

* advisory fees to assist with preparation of program applications

* advisory fees to conduct pre-filing screening

* costs to produce program applications (stamp duties to collect documents in countries of citizenship and residence during the past 10 years, legal advisor and notary fees, certified copy fees, translations into English language, apostille, mailing costs, translations into Romanian language, travel to closest Moldovan embassy/consulate, consular fees, other costs)
